Why did you choose to apply for the C4S Search?

After Seeing how much C4S Search had grown within such a short period of time was very impressive. Not only that but I wanted to be part of the future plans and make a real impact on the business. The college leaver programme gave me a clear vision of how I could develop within the company and what I needed to do in order to get there.

How has your career progressed since joining C4S Search?

Initially I focussed on resourcing roles, but very quickly progressed to being trained on the full recruitment lifecycle and moved into a 360 recruitment consultant role adding sales and business development to my responsibilities.

The structured training programme covered every recruitment scenario possible and gave me the tools to progress quickly. Additionally, the frequent meetings and reviews with the Directors/managers helped me to see what progression I was making as well as areas for improvement. I have a clear progression plan that outlines my career path and what I need to achieve for my next promotion.

Why did you choose to apply for the C4S Search?

After years of education I was ready to start earning and wanted secure a role that would offer a challenging yet rewarding environment. Recruitment was definitely the challenge I was looking for, and the C4S Search scheme gave me a clear vision of how I could achieve success and progress my career quickly.

How has your career progressed since joining C4S Search?

I joined the IT recruitment team at C4S Search with no technical knowledge or understanding of the sector. Initially it was daunting, but the training programme quickly taught me about the IT sector, the recruitment industry, sales techniques, negotiation, objection handling and more.

I now have the tools and knowledge to consult and add great value to both candidates and clients. I am on a clear progression plan to get to Senior Consultant and will then be pushing towards Lead Consultant.

What would your advice be to college leavers considering the C4S Search college Scheme?

Recruitment is a very tough target driven sales environment however, if that excites you and you are looking for a career and not just a job, then I would highly recommend the C4S College Leaver scheme. You will get one-on-one training from Senior Directors, constant coaching and development and success is rewarded with substantial financial rewards and incentives.
